If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please note the following:
We accept exchanges within 7 days of your shipped date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Accessories, and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded!

To complete your exchange, we require your receipt to be exchanged with your clothing item.
Please do the following if you are exchanging an item with us:
Email [email protected] expressing the reason for the exchange and what you would like to exchange.
We will then approve or deny the exchange and email you with further directions to mail your item. After mailing your item please wait for an email from us on the status of your exchange.
Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchange item.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will be happy to accept exchanges for wrong items that may have been sent to you, or for products that are defective and damaged. Please email @sevensoboutique with a reason for the exchange. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to get back to you.
